Open Fields
My piece from last semester’s Student Spotlight show, “In the Season,” at the University of Arizona. This piece was set on mostly 28 freshmen from the UA Dance Ensemble.

I choreographed this for my choreography class and decided to film it. Tell me what you think!
Stunning sets!
Imagine how fast the shutter was set and how many times those dancers had to repeat the movement before they got the perfect shot!

New life goal… dance for Trey McIntyre…
Twyla Tharp’s “In The Upper Room”
So, one of my biggest goals in life is to perform a piece by Twyla…
So tomorrow, I have my final audition for all of the faculty work at school for the rest of the semester. It’s the last audition and is going to be, by far, the most nerve racking as this is the audition for George Balanchine’s “The Four Temperaments.”
I’m really nervous since a member of the Balanchine Trust is coming to audition us and set it on us, but at the same time I’m completely naive and not sure what to expect. I just really hope I get cast!
Well Balanchine… here I come!
